WHAT IS ESCAPE ROOM GAME EXPERIENCE?

Real-life room escape games are a type of adventure game for the mind in which people are locked in a room and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within 60 minutes. The game will be monitored on closed circuit video and audio. You can communicate with the Game Master at any time. 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The price is $40 per player , no additional fees

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN PLAY?

 Any escape room game can accommodate from 2 to 10 players .

HOW LONG DOES THE GAME LAST?

Depending on your skills,  escape experience can last up to 1 hour.


DO GAMES COME IN VARIOUS DIFFICULTY LEVELS?

Absolutely! Here's the scoop: Castle offers a moderate challenge at 6 out of 10, Grandma's Attic takes it up a notch with a 7/10, Alcatraz raises the bar to an 8/10, and the Museum is the ultimate test at a demanding 9/10.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Yes, children from ages 8-15 are encouraged to participate but must be accompanied by an adult. 

CAN I PURCHASE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE?

You can purchase a Gift voucher for your recipient conveniently online here.

ARE THE ESCAPE ROOMS SCARY?

Grandma's attic  have spooky thrill and surprise elements, but all the other games are not scary.
 
HOW LONG BEFORE MY SCHEDULED TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled ticket time in order to listen to our tips and safety speech. DO NOT BE LATE, if you arrive late your tickets will not be refunded or rescheduled. The door to the room closes exactly at the time you signed up for. You will not be permitted into the room if you are late. 

ARE DRINKS ALLOWED?

We don't allow alcoholic or any kind of drinks in our premises. If members of your group appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you will not be allowed in the room. This decision will be made at the discretion of our staff and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. We take this very seriously as it could cause damage to the room, to yourself or others, and adversely affect others’ enjoyment of the experience.
 
ARE WALK-INS ALLOWED?

Walk-ins are allowed, although reservations online are recommended . 


WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
 
When spots are purchased, they are automatically reserved and made unavailable to all other potential buyers.  For this reason, we do not offer cancellation refunds, but we can reschedule your game for another day or time at no extra charge. Please inform The House of Clues at least 5 hours in advance.

We are open 7 days a week:         
Monday - Friday :  1.00pm - 8.30pm
Saturday - Sunday : 11am - 8.30pm
